How many rooms can I rent?

Rent all of the Event Center or any of the interior rooms (west, east, central gathering room).

Do you have space for parking?

Parking is available to the North and West of the Sam Hill Warehouse.

What other features do your venues have?

Our venues have public restrooms, Dressing Rooms, a Mobile Banquet Bar, Patio Sun Shades, A/V & Sound System Tech, and Advanced A/V Systems. See the next question for available add-ons.

What in-house equipment is included in a rental?

Chiavari or wood resin chairs, standard round and rectangular tables, and table linens are available and included with the room rental. China and a mobile bar are available for rent.

We have advanced A/V & Sound System Tech available.

Consult with our catering team to create a culinary delight. Enjoy the convenience of offering one of our banquet bars served by our professional bartenders.

What other vendors do you have?

To ensure your event is just what you want it to be we maintain a list of qualified vendors for your convenience including florists, bakeries, photographs, bands, and event planners.
